Method
 

  1. Prepare the Pineapple
    You can start by peeling and coring the pineapple, then choppingit into small pieces. If you are using the canned pineapple, you can also usethe kind packed in natural juice (not syrup) and drain it thoroughly.
  2. Blend Ingredients 
    Now, put the pieces of pineapple in the blender followed by thecool milk, sweetener, and ice cream. Toss a few ice cubes in it for extrachill. Add the pineapple pieces, cold milk, sweetener, and the ice cream toyour blender. Throw in some ice cubes if you like it a little colder.
  3. Blend Until Smooth
    Puree on high speed for 30-45 seconds, or until the mixture iscreamy and smooth, with no remaining chunks of pineapple.
  4. Taste and Adjust
    Taste your shake. If you want it sweeter, add a little more honeyor sugar. For a thinner shake, add extra milk. Pulse again if necessary.
