Start by removing the skin from the ripe peaches and cutting them into slices. If you want a cold milkshake, put the peach slices in the freezer for 1-2 hours before blending.
Put the peach slices, vanilla ice cream, milk, honey (if you like), and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend everything on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
If the peach milkshake is too thick, add more milk and blend again until it reaches the desired texture.
Pour the milkshake into two tall glasses. If you like, add whipped cream ,peaches and ice cream topping to decorate.
