- Cut the FigsTo prepare figs, rehydrate dried figs by letting them sit in warmwater for 20 to 30 minutes for dried fig with milk benefits. This helps tocombine and makes the milkshake smoother. For fresh figs, clean them and trimoff the stems.
- Add ingredients to the BlenderPut the soaked or fresh figs and milk in a blender and mix. Youcan also add any sweetener if you want to. Don`t forget to add a pinch ofcinnamon or cardamom to make it warm and spicy.
- Blend until smoothHigh speed blend 30-45 seconds or till no chunky pieces are leftand all is creamy. This is done because, especially when dealing with driedfigs, the bits of it are not good to chew.
- Serve and Savour You can now pour the shake in a tall glass, and put ice cubes init, just in case you wish to have it cold. Drink it right away and relish everymouth-watering gulp of this naturally sweet and fibre-enriched drink.
