- Cut the fruit in half and scoop out the inside, saving a few slices for garnish.
- Combine the dragon fruit flesh, tangerine pieces, lime juice, basil leaves, brown sugar, milk, and crushed ice in a blender. Blend until it’s smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and add more brown sugar if you want it sweeter.
- Pour it into glasses and top with the saved dragon fruit slices. Drink it immediately for the best taste!
