Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe Chikoo sapota fruits
  • 1 cup chilled milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar Optional, according to the fruit’s sweetness
  • 1/4 tea spoon cardamom powder Optional, for extra flavour
  • Ice cubes preferably frozen chikoo (optional if you’re using frozen)

Method
 

  1. First, wash the chikoowell. Divide the chikoo in half and scoop out the seeds in the middle. Using aspoon to remove the pulp from the fruit. If you use frozen chikoo, you don’thave to perform this step; just move on to blending.
  2. In a blender, add thepulp of chikoo, chilled milk, sugar (optional), and cardamom powder. You canalso conveniently add ice cubes to cool the milkshake down and make itdelicious. Now mix everything until smooth and creamy. If it is too thick foryou you can add some more milk to make it less thick.
  3. After your milkshake isadequately blended, pour it into a glass. For additional freshness andpresentation, you may decorate with a pinch of cardamom powder or even aspoonful of chopped slices of chikoo. Your chikoo milkshake is on the table tobe served and is luxuriating!
