Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chikoo (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 ½ cups MilkSugar to talk (approximately 1-2 tbsp)
Optional Ingredients
  • Ice cubes for added chill
  • A pinch of cardamom for extra flavour

Method
 

    • Start by placing Milk on an iced milk dish and freezing it.
    • Then, Pour the Milk into the tray and freeze for two to three hours.
    • This will make your milkshake creamy without requiring ice cream.
  1. Peel, deseed, and chop the chikoo fruit into cubes.
    • Add the chikoo cubes and sugar to a blender.
    • Remove the milk cubes from the freezer and add them to the blender.
    • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the blended milkshake into glasses and serve immediately. The result will be a creamy, smooth shake with a delightful natural sweetness.
